  • If an order is cancelled after it has already shipped, or in the case of a refusal, the customer will be responsible for any and all freight charges. This includes the original freight cost to the customer, as well as the cost of the return to our warehouse.
  • This sleep trial ONLY applies to Dormia.com. There are no refunds for purchases made in a Dormia® retail store. The 30 day sleep trial may not apply to stores that carry Dormia® products. Individual store policies may vary. Please call your local dealer for the local store policies.
  • Should you decide to return your mattress, your refund will be applied in the same form as the initial payment was received. The customer is required to pay the return shipping.
