Why is an adjustable bed better than sleeping flat?
The most common reason that people don't sleep well at night is because they toss and turn on their mattress. The number one reason people toss and turn is pressure points; innerspring mattresses put pressure on different areas of your body causing circulation to be restricted to those areas, when it becomes uncomfortable your body turns to a new position.
Another reason is improper spinal alignment. Since a traditional mattress is flat and our bodies are curved, the traditional mattress fails to offer enough support in the lumbar region often allowing your lower back and hips to sink below the rest of your body. This causes pressure and discomfort in that area which in turn causes your body to turn to a new position.

If you are considering purchasing a new bed or mattress from DormiaDirect.com, then you might want to consider also purchasing installation. Curbside delivery - which does not cost any additional money - means the bed will be delivered to your door, and WILL NOT be brought inside of your home.
Installation includes a two-person team to deliver and set up of your new bed - installation ensures your bed is set-up properly and is ready for you to sleep in. Many of our beds, and especially our adjustable beds, require two people to bring your bed into your home in a safe manner. We STRONGLY recommend installation for customers that are purchasing an adjustable bed.
With our service, it is guaranteed to be set up correctly by professionals. If you choose our installation option, however, it may take up to 4-6 weeks. You will be contacted to arrange a date for installation. Please call us to find out if this option is available in your area. We will do everything to make sure that this process is a smooth and efficient one.
